2. Review and Approval of SCC Minutes (12/16/25)

3. School Safety Updates
Presenter: Assistant Principal Wesley Morgan
- The most recent safety drill was reported as the most successful to date.
- Two students were hidden to test the effectiveness of sweepers; both the sweepers and students’ home teachers identified them successfully.
- The next drill will focus on hazardous materials and is scheduled for early February.
- A question was raised regarding the frequency of roof and filter inspections. Principal Jameson stated these are checked periodically.
- Recess guidelines related to air quality and temperature were reviewed and demonstrated.

7. 2024–2025 TSSP/Land Trust Final Report
Presenter: Principal Scott Jameson
- The school reading goal was achieved and exceeded by 4%.
- 74% of students are reading at or above grade level.
- Acadience was noted as a moving target; even a 1–2% increase reflects positive student growth. Maintaining the same percentage year over year also indicates progress.
- The SRSS-IE goal is to reduce the number of students in the top 10%, based on data to be reviewed in Fall 2026.

- Planning timelines for developing the 2026–2027 TSSP and Land Trust plans were discussed.
- March was identified as the target timeframe to begin timelines.
