   • Add language that “terms shall be staggered so that approximately half of the council members stand for election each year.”

   • Review current LAND Trust/TSSP and expenditures

7. Consider Approval of Cell Tower Money – Principal Corrie Barrett
   • $1,000 for visiting Spanish aide
   • $2,000 for principal discretionary fund
