Teacher of the Year - Mrs. Cornia

Posted in News & Announcements

Alta View Elementary is pleased to announce our Teacher of the Year... Mrs. Julie Cornia in Kindergarten!
Mrs. Julie Cornia has taught K, 1st, 2nd, and 3rd grades successfully for 20 years in Jordan and Canyons School Districts. She is hands-down, one of the best teachers Kindergarten teachers I’ve ever seen, and I’ve seen some great ones! She exemplifies the very best of what we have to offer at Alta View Elementary. She has the perfect balance that every principal dreams of in a teacher, a kind and nurturing classroom environment coupled with strong academic instruction that inspires each and every student in the class to reach their full potential in both citizenship and academics. Mrs. Cornia is a rockstar of a teacher!” -Scott Jameson, Principal
